ARTES Ingegneria S.p.A. (BONO Artes) has gained extensive experience throughout more than 30 years in providing solutions for specific water and waste water treatment issues.
Our company is now able to supply a large range of technologies which could be summarized as follows:
Deaeration. Removal of potentially noxious dissolved gases (such as oxygen and carbon dioxide) from process water and boiler feed water.
- Filtration, used to separate non-settleable solids from water and waste water by passing it through a bed of granular media.
- Membranes Technology, through selective membranes, accomplishes separation of water, salts, solids, bacteria.
- Ion Exchange Technology: undesirable ions can be removed from a solution through reversible reactions between functional groups bound to a resin and the ions present in the solution.
- Biological Treatment relies on mixed biological cultures of bacteria and fungi to break down waste organics and remove organic matter from solution.
- Chemical Physical Treatment allows water clarification through a coagulation-flocculation-sedimentation process by using inorganic salts and organic polymers, or a flotation process using gas bubbles.
- Sludge Dewatering, designed to remove water from solids in much shorter time than the nature would do by gravity.
