ENI & BONO ARTES: an ever growing relationship

In a world like that of lubricants refining and production, the foundation stone on which a lasting and consolidated relationship can be built is RELIABILITY. BONO ARTES has always been strongly committed to become a competent and reliable partner, capable of providing the right solution to resolve any water treatment related issues.

Through the reliability demonstrated over the years, BONO ARTES can count amongst its most prestigious clients, ENI, a world leader in the Oil & Gas industry operating in around 70 countries through more than 76,000 employees.

This relationship has led to the design, manufacture and supply of a 25 m³/h capacity reverse osmosis demineralised water production package to continuously provide pure boiler feed water for the Robassomero (TO) additives manufacturing plant. The plant comprises a pre-treatment unit that, through the dosing of various chemicals, keeps the performance of the reverse osmosis plant constant over time.
The reverse osmosis unit is organized on two independent parallel trains each one dimensioned at 50% of the total potential in order to guarantee at least 50% of capacity even when one train is shut down for maintenance.

The plant has been assembled on skids so it can be easily transported and, upon reaching the destination, made immediately operational. The plant was also designed for fully automatic operation. For this purpose a command and control panel has been provided from which the entire facility can be managed and controlled.
